Skyeton To Build U.S. Drone Plant In Fayetteville

Skyeton plans to invest more than $3.1 million in a 28,500-square-foot Fayetteville facility that will design, manufacture, test, distribute, and support unmanned aircraft, including its Raybird platform. The company expects to create 162 jobs in Cumberland County, supported by state and local incentives tied to investment and hiring requirements. The site’s proximity to Fayetteville Regional Airport and Fort Bragg, along with its military-connected workforce, was cited as a factor in the selection.
