Terra Drone to Produce High-Output Drone Batteries in Japan

Terra Drone plans to establish a Japan-based mass-production system for high-output cylindrical-cell battery packs used in industrial and defense drones. The company intends to use the packs internally and sell them to domestic and overseas manufacturers, relying on a Japanese partner's production facilities and quality-control experience. The initiative is designed to reduce dependence on overseas drone-component supply chains and support batteries using non-Chinese components that meet U.S. NDAA compliance standards.
