Ukrainian Drones Strike Lukoil’s Perm Refinery

Ukraine’s Security Service said its drones struck the primary refining unit at Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez in Perm, one of Russia’s largest oil refineries and more than 1,500 kilometers from Ukraine’s border.
