Analog Devices Reports Unauthorized Access and File Exfiltration

Analog Devices disclosed that it identified unauthorized access to certain systems on June 23, 2026, and later determined that some files were exfiltrated. The semiconductor company has engaged external cybersecurity specialists, notified law enforcement, and said its investigation remains ongoing. It reported no operational disruption, known public release, or known fraudulent use of the files, while separately assessing ExfilSquad's unverified claims of customer-data theft.
