Eyemart Express Reports Customer Data Breach

Eyemart Express disclosed that unauthorized access to its systems occurred on February 12, 2026, and was detected the following day. The optical retailer says affected customer data varied by individual and may include identifying information, Social Security numbers, health-plan and vision-insurance details, and prescription or purchase records. The company says it contained the incident, notified affected people where possible, offered credit monitoring to those whose Social Security numbers were involved, and is cooperating with federal law enforcement.
