Envision And Kallista Begin French Battery Project

Envision Energy and Kallista Energy have begun building a 193MW/386MWh battery energy storage system at Neuilly-en-Thelle in Hauts-de-France. Expected to enter commercial operation before spring 2028, the facility is intended to provide frequency-regulation services through RTE reserve markets. It is the partners' second French storage project and includes Envision's supply, maintenance, and end-of-life recycling responsibilities.
