Hitachi Energy And L&T Win Two TenneT HVDC Projects image

TenneT has awarded Hitachi Energy and Larsen & Toubro the Nederwiek 3 and LanWin 5 HVDC transmission projects under their multi-year framework agreement. Each 2 GW link is intended to carry offshore renewable electricity from the North Sea to onshore grids in the Netherlands and Germany. The awards expand the partners' role in building transmission capacity needed to integrate large-scale offshore wind generation.
