Nadara Completes €1.2bn European Renewables Refinancing

Nadara has completed a roughly €1.2 billion refinancing for 47 operating wind and solar projects totaling 1.5 GW across seven European markets. The lender syndicate financing consolidates 34 onshore wind farms and 13 solar plants into a single framework. Nadara says the structure will increase financial flexibility for portfolio optimization, repowering, hybridization, battery storage and future growth.
